My New Knees and I are Hitting the Road for #TileFest 24

Thank you for coming out last Saturday for our Mother's Day Event! I know there was lots of competition for your attention, so I'm particularly grateful to those who came by.

Today, I'm off to TileFest '24: For the Love of Tile, hosted by TileWorks of Bucks County and The Tile Heritage Foundation. The festivities are at The Moravian Pottery and Tile Works in Doylestown, PA, this Saturday and Sunday, May 18th and 19th, 2024. TileFest is an outdoor marketplace showcasing contemporary, vintage, and antique tiles from artisans from Alaska to Florida. The event features live demonstrations, ceramic activities, and free tours of a working history museum. Where there are potters, there is food. We'll have delicious offerings via food trucks, including Great Barn Brewery, Dharma Bums, and Bam Bam's Bake Shop, with live music on Sunday by local bluegrass band Wood Flower. We hope to see you there!

My husband loves this event! There is so much for him to see and do while I work, including tours of the tileworks, The Font Hill Museum (Henry Mercer's concrete and clay castle), and the Mercer Museum (Henry's tool collection). Doylestown is also easily walkable and has great shops. Get tickets here!
